We've watched enough of Bali's coastline turn into a corridor of look-alike villas to know what we don't want to build. KAPAL is our answer: a village-scale, design-led hospitality brand on one of the last unspoiled stretches of beachfront on the island, built to be a long-term business rather than a short-term sale.
